Rental Policies Terms

Welcome to Zirwah Car Rental, your trusted destination for luxury and exotic car rentals in Dubai. Please read our rental policies carefully. By booking a vehicle with us, you acknowledge and agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility & Documentation

To rent a vehicle from Zirwah Car Rental, you must meet the following requirements:

Age Requirement:

  • Minimum age: 21 years for standard vehicles.

  • Minimum age: 25 years for high-performance and exotic vehicles.

Driver’s License:

  • UAE Residents: Valid UAE driving license (minimum 6 months old).

  • Tourists: Valid home country driving license along with an International Driving Permit (IDP) if required based on nationality.

Identification Documents:

  • UAE Residents: Emirates ID + UAE driving license.

  • Tourists: Passport + Visa entry stamp + International Driving Permit (if applicable).
     

2. Security Deposit & Payment Terms

A refundable security deposit is required prior to vehicle handover. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle type and model.

  • Deposits are held for up to 30 days to cover any potential traffic fines, Salik tolls, or damages as per UAE regulations.

  • Accepted payment methods: Credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and cash (subject to approval).

  • Any unpaid fines, tolls, or damages will be deducted from the security deposit.
     

3. Rental Period & Extensions

  • Minimum rental duration: 24 hours.

  • Late returns beyond the agreed time will incur hourly or daily charges depending on delay duration.

  • Rental extensions must be requested at least 6 hours in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
     

4. Insurance & Liability Coverage

All Zirwah vehicles are insured in accordance with UAE law.

  • Basic Insurance: Includes third-party liability coverage.

  • Comprehensive Coverage (Optional): Customers may opt for a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) at an extra cost to minimize liability.

  • In case of an accident, a police report is mandatory. Failure to provide one will result in the renter being fully liable for all damages.
     

5. Traffic Fines, Salik (Toll) Charges & Violations

  • The renter is responsible for all traffic fines, speeding tickets, or penalties incurred during the rental period.

  • Salik tolls are charged at AED 5 per gate and will be deducted from the security deposit.

  • Fines or violations received after the rental period will be charged to the renter accordingly.
     

6. Fuel Policy

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start of the rental.

  • A refueling fee will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.
     

7. Vehicle Usage & Restrictions

To maintain the quality and safety of our fleet, the following rules apply:

  • Off-road driving, drifting, racing, or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.

  • The vehicle must not be used for illegal activities or sub-rented to another party.

  • Smoking inside the car is prohibited. A cleaning fee of AED 1,000 will apply if violated.
     

8. Roadside Assistance & Breakdown Policy

  • Zirwah provides 24/7 roadside assistance for mechanical failures or emergencies.

  • In case of breakdown or accident, contact our team immediately for guidance.
     

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Free cancellations up to 24 hours before the rental start time.

  • Cancellations within less than 24 hours may incur a charge equal to one full rental day.

  • Refunds are not applicable for early returns once the rental has commenced.
     

10. Vehicle Delivery & Pickup Services

  • Complimentary delivery and pickup within select areas of Dubai.

  • Additional fees may apply for deliveries outside Dubai or to airports/hotels.

  • The renter must be present at the delivery location with all required documents.
     

11. Additional Drivers

  • Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are authorized to operate the vehicle.

  • Additional drivers must provide valid documents and may incur an extra fee.
     

12. Damage, Repairs & Penalties

  • The renter is responsible for any damage or loss not covered by insurance.

  • Minor scratches, interior damage, or misuse will be charged based on repair cost.

  • All repair expenses will be deducted from the deposit or billed separately if the amount exceeds it.
     

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai courts.
